Ashtanga Half Primary Series

Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30 am June 4, 11, 18, 25

This class builds strength, flexibility, focus, and endurance while maintaining the meditative rhythm of traditional Ashtanga practice. You don’t need to be fit or flexible to join, though a basic level of mobility is helpful. If you’re ready to explore the transformative potential of Ashtanga yoga in a supportive setting, this class is for you.

Cultivating Mindful Self-Awareness

Wednesday's: June 4 - July 9

Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.

Each weekly 60-minute class will include:

  • A short teaching to introduce a concept.
  • A 20–30-minute practice, combining guided and silent seated, standing, or walking meditation.
  • Time for sharing, discussion and questions.

- Entire 6-Week Series: $102.00
- Single Class: $20.00
