Ananda created a Taiji fusion class the 3 Ki’s- combining Tai Chi, Qigong, Reiki with meditation, EFT, Brainwave Vibration; with other healing arts and wisdom.
Activate Your Prana
Through breath, music, mantra, movement, stretches, visualization, & meditation, we will activate the prana energy to flow freely to all cells in the body. We will shed those old low vibration frequencies such as fear, guilt, anger, shame etc. & replace with high vibrating ones such as LOVE, JOY, & HAPPINESS. You will leave each class feeling more calm, clear & balanced & take energy into your everyday life!
Block Therapy is a powerful practice that unlocks the restrictions created by unconscious breath & improper posture that create blockages & discomfort in the body. Block Therapy combines proper diaphragmatic breathing with your body weight & gravity to gently melt through these restrictions & bring relief! A Block Buddy will be made available to pre-registered students.
The focus in this Hatha class is on strength, flexibility and balance. Breath work, pranayama, is incorporated at the beginning of class to connect to our subtle bodies. 15 minute meditation is optional afterwards.
Kundalini Yoga with Gong Relaxation
Bring balance to the body, mind, & soul. In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, & nervous energies of the body & put them under the domain of the will—the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely & consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, & postures to bring systems of the body into balance. The class is complete with a gong relaxation sound healing.
Mindful Mountain Kids Yoga
Mindful Mountain Kids Yoga brings a playful & fun yoga practice to kids ages 1 (or walking) to 5 years old. We include themed yoga poses, age appropriate breath work, yoga games & songs into every class! Your child will gain a greater understanding of how their body can move & balance, how to use their breath to find a sense of calm & self-awareness through mindful play. The presence of a guardian is required for kids 3 & under. If your 4-5 year old is confident taking class by themselves, you are welcome to drop them off.
Vinyasa (translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales & exhales, fostering a restorative practice emphasizing balance, strength, & flexibility. We are an inclusive space for all people to join us in practice.
Vinyasa Flow Jams
On hold until Fall 2022. This all-levels Vinyasa class will give you space to breathe, move & stretch the week off. Get lost in the music & found in your breath, find new ways that you can move & challenge your body. Once warmed up, class will keep a steady pace, though alignment will be a priority. We will always start class with a brief meditation to let the week go & welcome in the flow.
